Rice with Pork Luncheon Meat and coconut

Ingredients
- 340 g Tulip Pork Luncheon Meat
- 500 g Rice
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Fresh ginger
- Fresh coriander
- Olive oil
Instructions
Dice the Pork Luncheon Meat.
Chop the onion, garlic and ginger in fine pieces. Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté together with the Pork Luncheon Meat and the rice.
Then add the coconut milk and - if needed - water to cook the rice.
When the rice is done, mince the coriander and add.
Serve hot as a meal or with a salad.
